In May of 2018, we opened Hervé Wine Bar in Santa Fe, just one block west of the historic Santa Fe Plaza. We completely renovated the space that once held the Skylight nightclub and transformed it into a relaxing and luxurious lounge, bar, and dining area. Named in honor of our father, Hervé Lescombes, this location is unique, celebrating and sharing our family legacy with our guests.

For Santa Fe Restaurant Week, our Winemaker and Executive Chef collaborated to create a special menu featuring appetizers, salads, and desserts, paired with our award-winning D.H. Lescombes New Mexico wines. Our Restaurant Week menu is available all day at just $35 per person!

Our comfortable lounge, dining area, refreshing outdoor patios, and unique offerings are what we believe make Hervé Wine Bar one of the best places to enjoy in Santa Fe, for locals and tourists alike. Enjoy a glass of one of our D.H. Lescombes wines while enjoying our popular Tuna Tartare or one of our wonderful desserts while relaxing in our spacious and comfortable lounge. We also offer locally roasted, pour-over coffee, and espresso.
